                    “Garten verein in Spring” by René Wiley         Third Coast Gallery is proud to exhibit The Figure
                                                                  Redefined, with the opening reception held during
                                                                  ArtWalk on Saturday, April 27 from 5:30pm to 9:30pm.
                                                                  This exhibit features a wide range of works by regional
                                                                  artists Jonathan Borthwick, Robert Dampier, Eddie filer,
                                                                  Ed Gearke, Marie Leterme, Rosa Morgan, Jack Morris,
                                                                  victoria Narkin, J.D. Peppers, Catherine Stroud, John
                                                                  Weber, Robert Weiss and Samantha Wiley.
                                                                    This amazingly talented group of artists compiled
                                                                  together in one show reflects upon the human form in
                                                                  such diverse and compelling ways. On display will be
                                                                  works that inspire, that touch the soul, and that give
                                                                  witness to the beauty of age and of diversity. They give
                                                                  testimony to the fact that “the figure” is anything but
                                                                  ordinary and magnificent in all its forms. The exhibit will
                                                                  continue through June 1, 2019.
