the surface of the cells and activate signal pathways like phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/ serine threonine-protein kinase (AKT). Thus, studying these signal pathways pre and post drug treatment along with the tyrosine kinase receptors is important to understand the mechanism of endometrium angiogenesis, which is in progress.
Endometrium thickness is one of the important factors for implantation and pregnancy. The current treatments available for endometrium regeneration is intrauterine infusion of G-CSF, which has promising results

because G-CSF is a cytokine that mediates endometrium receptivity and also stimulates neutrophilic granulocyte differentiation and proliferation, which helps in endometrium regeneration. Recent advancement in infusion of platelet rich plasma from patient’s own blood into the endometrium shows improvements in endometrial growth and receptivity because it containsseveralgrowthfactorsandcytokines. Successfully regenerating the endometrium will lead to pregnancy. Therefore, the key to successful implantation lies in fertile environment.
