The site is near Chaharbagh Street which is an important axis and his-
torical area located in the west area of the site. In addition two main
streets are located on the north-south of the site. The local main axis
was designed perpendiculars to the main axis- Chaharbagh Street. In
the next step, the axis was broken in are to the link the historical axis
and main street, and then, the road way and walkways were defined.
