Angela was very nice. There was one couple in front of us purchasing 50/50 tickets. We waited a super long time. It turned out that her ticket machine was not
working. She apologized and was sincere. She pointed us toward another person selling tickets, so we could still purchase a ticket.

2 Section/Location: Karaoke Time: 11:30AM
As Ms. Shopper was watching fans participate in Karaoke, the Usher encouraged Ms. Shopper to participate. Ms. Shopper is glad she did, it was a fun experience for
her. The line moved along and she was happy should could select her own song. The money machine was also fun. She was happy to win a $5 coupon for The
Stadium Collection.
3 Section/Location: DTE Power Hour - Blitz Staff Name: Anthony Time: 12:12PM
Anthony was working the Media pre-game show with Rob Sims. We caught the tail end of it, as it only occurs during the DTE Power Hour. It was exciting that it was
right in the area with the crowd.

4 Section/Location: DTE Power Hour - The Blitz Staff Name: Jaime Time: 12:15PM
Jaime was clearing up from the DTE Power Hour spin wheel. I asked her about the activities going on, and she was super friendly. She explained what the DTE
Power hour was, and the time that it is held. I appreciated the time she took to explain the event to me.
5 Section/Location: Gate A Staff Name: Time: 12:25PM
When Ms. Shopper noticed the 50/50 near Gate A, she decided to purchase her tickets. The process was very quick and efficient. She purchased $40 for 80 tickets
and felt that was a great value.

1 Section/Location: Putt Putt Section 232 Time: 12:24PM
My son played the little Lions Putt-Putt golf just for fun. The Putt-Putt is a fun activity, not too challenging but fun. He also participated in the Football Bowling that
was presented by Priority Health. This seemed a lot easier than it is. A fun activity for those a little older. He didn’t want to play in the Xbox section because he
said it was no different than playing at home.
2 Section/Location: 232 Time: 12:30PM
We put our guess in for how many footballs were in a Ford Escape vehicle. The woman there was super nice and made sure my son and I each had one of the two
giveaways which were pretty nice; a card holder/stand for your phone and an earbud splitter for phone or other device.
