3 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Staff Name: Waiver Tent Sign Time: 10:21AM
Question
The sign near the waiver tent just states, "registration". It really was unclear to Ms. Shopper what she was "registering" for. It would be helpful to have a more
detailed sign stating what this waiver was for. The sign near the Ford Truck tent contained more detail.
4 Section/Location: Pride Plaza - Zip Line Time: 10:30AM
The zip line area was not busy at the time Ms. Shopper approached. Ms. Shopper walked up to the table, but no one guided us to the SAFE member who was
forming a line further down. It was a little confusing. Ms. Shopper felt the staff members should be actively communicating with the fans to direct them on the
process. Ms. Shopper witnessed many fans enjoying their ride. All ages were participating (children, adult males and females.)
5 Section/Location: The Blitz - DTE Power Hour Staff Name: Lori Time: 11:37AM
Ms. Shopper witnessed Lori near the DTE Power Hour spinning wheel. She was engaged with fans in the area, assisting with questions and helping those who
participated on stage.
6 Section/Location: DTE Power Hour Karaoke Staff Name: Immanuel Time: 12:09PM
Immanuel was positioned at the end of the Karaoke line. As Ms. Shopper approached the line, he kindly stated, the event was closed and that they were finishing
up with the last singer. He was very cordial. As a female approached to participate as well, he kindly stated the same. His apologetic demeanor, was understood by
the fan and Ms. Shopper.
7 Section/Location: Kids Touchdown Run Staff Name: Power Squad Time: 3:56PM
As Ms. Shopper approached Section 127 she saw several Power Squad females gathered holding up signs and passing information out for the kids touchdown run.
Ms. Shopper lined up with 4:21 minutes on the game clock. The line at this point was at Bar 35 in Section 125. There were about 100 people already in line. The
Power Squad was doing a great job passing out the waivers and stamping participants hands. Although, the entire group of females were moving with the line. Ms.
Shopper felt they maybe should spread themselves out so when new fans want to join they can direct them to the end of the line. Since there was a gap made for
fans to use the restroom near Bar 35, several fans jumped in line ahead of Ms. Shopper. Ms. Shopper informed the SAFE staff member Marilyn and she directed the
fans to the end of the line. Marilyn then positioned herself at the end of the line so additional fans would not enter the line. Ms. Shopper was pleased to witness
this.
