Question
Mr. Shopper asked Caroline for directions to the nearest ATM machine. She gave him very detailed directions and told him which staircase to take to get downstairs
and which way to go once he got there. Her directions were very easy to follow.

Mrs. Shopper asked Julie where she and Mr. Shopper could catch the Qline. Julie was not familiar with the Qline, but she pulled out her little blue book and found an
answer for Mrs. Shopper. She then gave Mrs. Shopper a map and showed her where she pick up the Qline. Mrs. Shopper appreciated that Julie persevered until she
found an answer.

Michael was very welcoming and answered questions from fans with a smile. He seemed like he could answer everyone's questions.

Ms. Shopper approached Patricia after waiting in a line. She was not overly friendly, but she wasn't rude. I asked her if she could direct me to First Aid, she
suggested that I go to the Grab and Go and purchase the Tylenol myself.

We observed Mark giving a woman directions to a family bathroom. She was with a younger child. He was very pleasant in the interaction.
Shopper 4

Ms. Shoppers friend and two other fans tripped over a cord cover so we told Hugh about it. He apologized and had us show him where it was. He called it in
immediately and waited there until it was taped down again. He was very nice and I felt he was really concerned.

Ms. Shopper wanted to know where we could buy a pretzel besides the Pretzel Hastings. She looked at a flyer and said, "right here at the cooler." She was very nice
but I couldn’t see her name tag because it was below the desk.

As we were walking past Terrence stated, "good afternoon ladies, are you enjoying yourselves?" We said, "absolutely" he told us to have a great day. He was very
nice and engaging with the fans who were passing by.
