Ushers

                                                                            Supervisor
                                                      Question
         1 Section/Location: 346 Time: 3:44PM
Ms. Shopper approached section 346 to get directions for her seats, but there was no Usher present at this time.
2 Section/Location: Elevator to Miller Lite Tap Room Staff Name: Elaine Time: 4:16PM
Elaine was wonderful and very helpful. She was engaging in conversations with fans, helping them with their questions and directing them once they exited the
         elevator.
         3 Section/Location: 200 level Time: 5:20PM
Ms. Shopper stopped in a section to see what play just happened on the field. She was directed to stand behind the orange line. The Usher then held a "Quiet"
sign. Ms. Shopper felt this was a useful tool for the Ushers even though it seems small where many fans might not see it.
         4 Section/Location: 226 Staff Name: Melanie Time: 6:56PM
While Ms. Shopper was walking around the stadium she decided to walk into a section to take a photo of the field. She asked Melanie if she could take the photo
and Melanie acknowledged the request. Another fan was doing the same, so it seemed a popular thing to do.
                                                                       RECOMMENDATIONS

Ushers are needed to help people find their seats, resolve issues when someone may be in their seats incorrectly, give directions to first aid,
bathrooms, etc. Without them the fans have to fend for themselves and there is an increased potential for negative fan interactions if there is a
misunderstanding regarding someone's tickets. They should be the first eyes to see potential trouble with unruly fans. Having no Ushers can also lead
to fans feeling less valued because there is no one to take care of them. I would suggest having a half dozen or so Ushers on each side of the stadium
to circulate along the top row of the 2nd / 3rd level to help fans. Just seeing that they are available would go a long way making fans feel valued and
provide help so fans did not feel they were on their own for seating help, directions, help with unruly fans, etc.

I would like to see Ushers present at each and every section (200 level). Perhaps more SAFE members could help where Ushers are needed after Pride
Plaza or DTE Power Hour duties.
We were not asked to show our tickets (section 131) any time that we went to our seats. I feel Ushers should check to ensure fans are in the right
         section.

I would definitely have the same staffing levels for the ushers (section 131) on busy game days like this one to assist the fans.
