Concessions

                                                       Question RECOMMENDATIONS
Slows BBQ had 4 self serve registers (although only 3 were being used). While the Shoppers were waiting in line, they observe 5 people leave
the line and use the registers. While these registers did not accept cash, it seemed to help the reduce wait time for those in line and the
customers who used the self serve line appeared to be getting their food about the same time as those who ordered at the traditional registers.
Recommend installing self serve registers at other high volume venues to ease wait times. Also recommend improved signage indication which
registers are self serve. When the Shoppers entered the line it was not apparent the end registers were self serve. Register workers had to
keep calling out and identifying the registers. Customers accepted and used the registers once they were aware of them. Roughly 1/3 of the
people in line in front of the Shoppers took the self serve option.

Ms. Shopper overheard a guest in line at Pretzel Hastings suggest extra staff at concessions just to pour the beers, to make the line move a bit
             more quickly.

There were many Rocket Men on the lower level of the stadium but they were hard to find upstairs on the second level.
I noticed a lot of Rocket Men during the game. They seemed to be very busy both in the stands and also when walking through the concourses.
I saw several fans get out of concession stand lines to just grab a beer from them.

It would be nice to have more/bigger signage for Blitz to make it feel like a separate restaurant/bar and a destination within the stadium.

Mr. Shopper knew he wanted to get beer at Bar 35 since they carry Founders All Day IPA. I would continue to offer craft beers to capture the
customer who will spend more to get their preferred beer.

Ms. Shopper would recommend covering the frozen drinks with a lid for sanitary purposes.
We both noticed that we would have enjoyed beer Koozies for the game. It might be worth offering fans a koozie for an extra $3 with their first
beer. We looked at the koozie cost at the retail store and the $8 was too high for both of us to see the value in getting one for the game.
