Mr. Shopper waited in line less than 1 minute behind a customer who was just finishing his order. Mr. Shopper tried to buy 2 hotdogs and 3 beers but Julie
would not allow him to buy 3 beers. He then changed his order to 2 hotdogs, 2 beers, and 1 water. His order was filled quickly. The condiment stand near
the end of the line was fully stocked and clean.

2 Section/Location: Corner Bar & Grille Staff Name: Venessa & Gregory Time: 3:35PM
Vanessa greeted Mr. & Mrs. Shopper as they entered Corner Bar & Grille and wished them a Merry Christmas. The bar was quite crowded with a mix of
Lions and Bears fans. Mrs. Shopper observed 2 Lions fans who were finishing up their food & drinks give up their table to 4 Bears fans who were standing
and just receiving their food. As the Shoppers were leaving, Gregory asked if they needed help finding seats or a table or if they were just leaving. He was
very polite and joked with them a little bit and told them to come back anytime. Vanessa & Gregory both did a nice job making them feel welcome.

3 Section/Location: 112 The Kroger Cooler Staff Name: Kevin Time: 3:16PM
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper entered The Cooler with 7 other customers. The greeter noticed a bottle of water in Mrs. Shopper's bag, and asked if she could tag the
bottle of water and explained it was so she would not be charged for it a second time. There was a display of chap stick, Tylenol, band aids and batteries
near the entrance. Mr. Shopper had been hoping to find chap stick as his lips were dry after being outside in Pride Plaza and Mrs. Shopper had left the chap
stick in the car. The price of $4.50 was not outrageous. Kevin motioned to Mr. Shopper to approach his register. He was friendly and told them to enjoy the
game. Overall, the entire transaction took about 3 minutes.
4 Section/Location: 218 Quick Pick Staff Name: Matisse Time: 3:29PM
Mrs. Shopper got in line at 3:29 PM with 2 people in line ahead of her. Matisse was helpful and identified all the different nuts available and was patient
while she decided which one she wanted. She purchased a medium mixed bag of nuts for $8 and was done with the transaction at 3:33 PM. Matisse told
her to enjoy the game at the end of the purchase.
5 Section/Location: 238 Streats of Detroit Staff Name: Volunteers Time: 3:56PM
Mrs. Shopper got in line to use her free designated driver coupon for the complimentary beverage at 3:56 PM with 11 people in line ahead of her. The line
moved quickly and she was done by 3:59 PM (three minutes). The service area was pretty clean with only a few straw wrappers on the counter.
