1 Section/Location: Outside Section 221 Staff Name: Christina Time: 3:34PM
Christina handed Mr. and Mrs. Shopper roster cards as they walked by section 221. She told them to enjoy the game.
2 Section/Location: 239 Time: 4:00PM
No usher was found in section 239 a half hour before game time. There were two people already using Mr. & Mrs. Shopper's seats and they had to show them their
tickets and ask them to move. They would have preferred to have an usher do that. Mr. & Mrs. Shopper observed at least 5 incidences prior to kick off where
people were obviously looking for help in finding their seats. They also saw 3 groups have to get up and move to the next section because they were in the wrong
seats. Twice they observed 50/50 ticket sellers were trying to help direct Chicago fans to their seats.

3 Section/Location: 238-243 Time: 4:00PM
This is the first game the Shoppers had been seated in the second level. They had positive experiences at past games with ushers being available and helpful in the
first level. At a half hour before kickoff there was not an usher to be seen from section 238 through section 243 which was as far as they could see. They did not
feel valued as a customer due to the lack of attention.
4 Section/Location: 325/326 Time: 4:19PM
Mr. Shopper observed boxes of programs sitting on the ground in the aisle way. He did not see an Usher in the area to hand out the programs to the fans.

5 Section/Location: 112 Staff Name: Nancy Time: 5:35PM
Mr. Shopper tried to enter the lower section of seats after the Lions scored a touchdown. Nancy did not check his ticket or stop him. He was able to walk all the
way down to the first row without being stopped.
6 Section/Location: Outside Section 239 Staff Name: Salathia Time: 7:02PM
Salathia appeared to be an Usher but was not inside the seating area when Mrs. Shopper approached her for directions so she would know which way to go to get
back to her car when the game ended, She did not know were Lot 4 was but did walk until she could see the stairwell closet to section 239 that would take her
downstairs and recommended she ask someone on the first floor for further directions to Lot 4.
