Ms. Shopper had to wait as there was a woman asking for Motrin before Ms. Sho

asked how she could help. She was very pleasant. When Ms. Shopper asked for s

ok. She asked if there were any allergies and asked for Ms. Shopper's name. She

1 Section/Location: First Aid 110

Ms. Shopper entered the First Aid area. She asked for a Band-Aid for herself and

the Band-Aid to Ms. Shopper. She then stated they did not have an Epi-pen in the

knowing they had an Epi-pen in First Aid due to the amount of peanuts that are so

RECOMM

1) Every first aid interaction began with the staff giving their name and ask
commented that the name tags were difficult to read (too low, often backw
themselves. It is nice to know who you is helping you.
2) There are some first aid stations that are harder to find than others. Re
station so the station is easily identified.
3) I noticed the flag hanging from the ceiling by section 224/225 but didn't
right across the aisle way though.

4) I would recommend an Epi-pen in the First Aid stations. Peanut allergie
one, it would seems appropriate for a large stadium to have them in the Fi
