pleasant, helpful, and professional. After arriving at 10:18AM, Mr. & Mrs. Shoppe

was not pulled up all the way into its spot so Mrs. Shopper was not able to pull up

Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were frustrated by the amount of time they had to wait for t
and it wasn't until 4:50PM that someone came and raised the bar so cars could ex
bar themselves which must have alerted someone to the problem as they raised

At One Campus Martius Garage the signage was visible and there was no line whe
the top level.

2 Section/Location: One Campus Martius Garage
There was a few parties that were tailgating on the top level of the parking struct
address.

3 Section/Location: Exit From the Parking Lot
Exiting Compuware was fast and efficient, there was adequate staff to assist with
getting onto Woodward, it took about 15 minutes.
