COMMON QUESTIONS
Man in the Middle
What is Man in the Middle?
MITM is your chance to pose your questions to the group. Questions can be about anything meaningful
to you: Family, Business, Personal
On each week’s call, two men will be assigned to be the Man in the Middle: Each will get about 15 to 20 minutes.
Please post your questions in the private Facebook group 3 days before being MITM to allow your personal board of directors an opportunity to prepare.
You may switch with other men as necessary, but you are responsible for all of the coordination.
Weekly Accountability
Each week every man is asked to score himself on ten key areas of his life.
Faith, Wife, Children, Career, Excercise, Finance, Relationships, Personal Developments, Written Goals, and Charity/Contributions.
The goal is for you to pause and evaluate your progress or need for improvement.
These results may be a topic of discussion on the weekly call and in the Facebook group.
Weekly summaries of each group are posted in the individual Facebook Groups every Monday at 8am (Central).
The link for the online form can be found in the weekly ISI email and on Facebook, in your individual group page.
Payments
Dues for the Iron Sharpens Iron Mastermind group are $350+ per month. The billing date is based on when you started your subscription.
All payments are run through Gumroad.
Before each monthly charge, you will get an automated reminder that you will be charged the next day.
If you need to update, or change, your credit card, you can do so directly by clicking the link in any of the emails your receive from Gumroad.
Payment Policy effective January 1, 2018
Money discussions can be awkward.
My guess is that in your business it’s an awkward conversation when you have to call a client you really like about being behind. It’s the same here.
The Bible says the borrower is a slave to the lender. That’s never the relationship we want to have in the ISI Mastermind.
With that in mind, we are putting in place the following policy effective effective January 1, 2018.
We ask that all payments be made within 7 days of the due date. You will get automated emails through GumRoad (our processing platform) if your card on file is declined. We appreciate your prompt response to the emails and updating your payment method in a timely manner.
When an account goes over 30 days past due: The man will be suspended from the Facebook groups, emails, and asked not to attend the weekly calls or live events. No new charges will incur.
When an account goes over 60 days past due: The spot will be considered open and may be backfilled at any time. Once the account is paid in full, the man may reapply to join the ISI but will lose any special grandfathered pricing.
