We want to thank the youth basketball coaches for their time and effort this past season to teach Lakewood’s youth!
YOUTH SPORTS GENERAL INFORMATION
All participants MUST have a birth certi cate and current physical clearing participant with no restrictions at the time of registration
- A $15 late fee may be applied to any registration accepted after the deadline.
- Players will be placed on teams based on the Team Formation Policy.
- Registration must be done in person at the Rec- reation Department or over the phone or online -If birth certi cate and current physical are on le at the time of registration - please no exceptions.
