BOOKING IN
On arrival please go the Reception desk and give your name and booking reference
number. (This is the reference number on your account page that you were given
on our website). The hotel has been provided with your party details , number of
rooms booked and the type of room/s you have selected. Once you have
completed your registration, please visit our hosts who will be situated close to the
Reception Desk. They will provide you with your own guest information pack that
contains important information in respect of your booking:
• The Essential Travellers Guide.
• This booklet.
• Your rail tickets and train departure times.
• Your Gold and/or Silver tokens.
• Your tour information (if applicable).
• Your coach to the event timetable.
Our hosts will be available to answer any questions that you may have and will be
on-hand to provide any other assistance that you may require during your stay
with us.
