SOAFEETM has health/catastrophic plans that cover individuals up to age 65. These plans save on average of 40% over a traditional health insurance plan.
With SOAFEETM health/catastrophic plans, you will receive quality healthcare at reduced costs. There is a large network of doctors and hospitals across the nation, so even when you’re traveling, you’re covered. You must use a network doctor or hospital.
* These plans pay no benefit for out-of-net- work expenses except for emergencies.
What do the health/catastrophic plans cover?
Urgent Care, ER, hospitalization, Primary Care and specialist visits, labs, and radiology. Remember that everything applies towards the deductible when there’s a copay (100/0, 80/20, 60/40) and out of pocket maximum. These plans come with a built in rider that covers the deductible with either a $250 copay after an accident or $0 if being admitted after an illness or major event like heart attack.
