The National Commission for Allied Healthcare Professionals Bill was introduced in Parliament to ensure the transparent and efficient regulation of 56 allied healthcare professions.
To accelerate justice delivery, the functioning of Tribunals will be rationalised. To instil confidence in private investors and contractors through quicker resolution of contractual disputes for those who deal with Government or CPSEs a Conciliation Mechanism will be implemented.
