DIFFERENT ASPECT IN THE SIERRA REGION AND IN THE COAST
REGION
The Sierra and Coast Region have different cultures but they also have
similarities. The clothes they wear in the Sierra Region are warm because
the weather is cold. For example, in the sierra region they use: scarf, jacket,
gloves, jeans and jumper. In the coast region they use light clothing
because the climate is hot, for example they use: cap, shorts, T-shirt,
glasses and top. The food is very different because in the sierra Region the
typical food is llapingacho.This food is prepared by specific ingredients of
the sierra such as potatoes, avocado, tomatoes and onions.In the Coast
Region the typical food is encebollado.This food is prepared by ingredients
that are produced on the coast such as fish. The people have similarities
actitudes for example, people are respectful and collaborative. In
conclusion the two regions belong to the country of Ecuador are located in
different places their cultures are different but also have similarities.
