 Bliss Balls
 Apricot Bliss Balls. A delicious treat.
RECIPE
Ingredients
. Apricots x 1 cup
. Walnuts 100g crushed
. Dates x 4
. Chia seeds x tblspn
. Cacao powder - tblspn
. Almond Meal - 1 cup
. Maple Syrup - 1/4 cup
. Hazelnut Butter - 1/2 cup
. Vanilla Extract - tblspn
. Cinnamon- teaspoon
. Rock Salt - teaspoon
. Coconut shredded for outside of balls
Method
Mix all ingredients well in a food processor, add water to desired consistency and roll into balls then roll into coconut. If the mixture is too moist add more almond meal. Refrigerate until firm approx 30 mins. Keeps for a week.
