Energy Balls
A healthy treat to keep you going on busy days.
RECIPE
Ingredient
. 2 cups almond flour
. 1/3 cup cacao nibs
. 1/3 cup pitted prunes
. 1 Tblspn spoon rice syrup . 1 Tblspn spoon ghee
. Tblspn cinnamon
. Coconut to roll balls in
Method
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Roll into balls and then coconut. Allow to set in fridge. Makes about 10 and keeps up to 1 week. Enjoy the nutritional benefits. Your body will love you!
