 Granola & Yoghurt
 Simple, light and delicious.
RECIPE
Ingredients
. Coconut yoghurt (non dairy)
. Blueberries
. Roasted or raw Granola mix (use all or desired mix-oats, nuts, coconut, cinnamon, seeds, chia, wheatgerm, flaxseeds, LSA, maple syrup, dried fruit, vanilla extract, coconut oil(mct), salt. Baked in oven on 160oC for 30 mins-toss half way).
Method
Layer the yoghurt, blueberries (can crush between layers) and granola. Make the day before or same day. Put excess in mason jars, lasts 3 days. You can also make extra granola & use within 7-10 days. Also great with stewed Apple, apple danish and cereal with almond milk or make into snack slices. Enjoy the nutritional benefits. Your body will love you!
