Try a combination of:- . Lemon, lime, orange . Lemon & mint
. Grapefruit & mint
. Watermelon & mint . Strawberry & basil
. Peach & sage
Consume water at room temperature so your body doesn’t have to waste energy to heat it up.
Always drink water when you wake up as you get dehydrated when you sleep. You could also add to your warm water lemon, ginger and apple cider vinegar to make your body more alkaline as it can get acidic with the wrong foods or not enough water.
