Chocolate Protein Shake
Protein-Keto meal replacement, post sport or cheat day treat

Ingredients
. Fresh Almond or Hazelnut/coconut milk (unsweetened) or buy organic coconut cream or milk & add nuts (optional add MCT)
. Hemp (protein) organic powder alternate with Flaxseed powder. Maca & Mesquite
. Banana organic
. Dates organic
. Chia seeds organic
. Raw Cacao powder organic
. Turmeric powder . Vanilla extract or pod
. Cinnamon ground
. Ice cubes
. Pinch pink rock salt
. Optional-agave or maple syrup or honey
. Optional-Avocado
. Optional-Organic Coffee
. Optional-Vegan Icecream
Method
