 Lemon Water Detox
You'll need Organic Lemons, Filtered water, boiled water or bottled (BPA free), Bottled Alkaline Water & Black Water are an added bonus to aid detox. Optional-Mint or Ginger.
Drink on an empty stomach as soon as you wake up! Also put into a bottle and consume throughout the day. A cup of hot lemon water before bed. If your able to fast as well this would be an added bonus but if new to a detox start by drinking as much as you can and not too much all at once as you will stress your kidneys.
A rich source of vitamin C, potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium. Possesses immense health benefits ranging from its antibacterial and antiviral properties to its immune system boosting abilities. It acts as a digestive and detoxifying agent and helps clean the liver leading to better digestive health as it removes toxins. Regulates natural bowel movement. It’s also an effective way to lose weight as it increases the body’s metabolic rate. Improves hydration as it provides electrolytes. It’ reduces the acidity and improve the Alkaline PH balance. (PH testing to be discussed later). Common cold prevention. Anti-inflammatory properties help fight respiratory tract infections, sore throat & inflammation of tonsils. Helps reduce joint & muscle pain. Helps skin problems like acne, rashes and wrinkles to dark spots. Especially beneficial for dental health as it helps with toothache & prevents gingivitis.
