Beetroot Smoothie
So many health benefits for the body! Boosts stamina, detoxes and reduces signs of ageing. High in nutrients, antioxidants, cognitive health, calcium, iron, folate and manganese. Dietary fibre great for digestion and promotes a healthy gut.
RECIPE
Ingredients
. 1 tblspn Beetroot Latte by Simple Tribe (Coles)
. 4 frozen Bananas (depending on what size drink you want) . 1/2 cup Almond or Coconut Milk (organic) non sweetened
Method
Blend all ingredients and serve as a smoothie or a Nicecream bowl with toppings of coconut, chopped nuts, cocoa nibs & berrries. Or make a hot latte before bed. Enjoy the nutritional benefits! Your body will love you!
