Lavender Smoothie
A relaxing Vegan drink during times of stress or just for pure enjoyment and smells great too.
RECIPE
Ingredients
. 1 tblspn Lavender Latte by Macro (Woolworths)
. 2-4 frozen Bananas (depending on what size drink you want) . 1/4 cup Coconut Milk (organic)
1/2 cup Blueberries
Method
Blend all ingredients and serve as a smoothie or a Nicecream bowl with toppings of coconut, chopped nuts, cocoa nibs & blueberries. Or make a hot latte before bed. Enjoy the nutritional benefits. Your body will love you!
