Raspberry & Mango Layered Smoothie
Vegan and delicious!
RECIPE
Ingredients
. 1 cup frozen Raspberries . 4 frozen Bananas . 1 cup frozen mango
. Tablespoon Chia seeds
. Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
. 1 Tin Organic Coconut Milk
Decoration:-
. Raspberries . Banana slices . Mango slice
. Crushed peanuts
. Toasted coconut . Cocoa Nibs
Method
First layer-Blend Raspberries, 1 banana, poppys & 1/2 cup Milk (depends on thickness of fruit less milk for thicker smoothie). Pour in Glass. Second Layer- Blend 3 Bananas, mango, Chia & milk, pour in glass. Hint-If machine won’t blend if frozen fruit is too hard microwave fruit slightly to loosen.
Decorate with sliced Banana, slice mango, Raspberries, nuts, coconut, cocoa nibs & edible flowers. Enjoy the health benefits. Your body will love you!
