 Turmeric Smoothie
 An antioxidant/anti-inflammatory alternative.
RECIPE
Ingredients
. 1 tblspn Turmeric Latte by Macro (Woolworths)
. 2-5 frozen Bananas (depending on what size drink you want)
. 1/2 cup Almond Milk (organic) unsweetened
1 Tblspn Lucuma powder (natural sweetener)
Optional-chia seeds
As it’s a strong flavour try adding Lemon Juice or Pineapple or Mango.
Method
Blend all ingredients and serve as a smoothie or a Nicecream bowl with toppings of coconut, chopped nuts, cocoa nibs, etc. Or make a hot latte before bed. Enjoy the nutritional benefits. Your body will love you!
