Healthy Salad
To prevent gum disease make sure you eat the below natural organic foods regularly:-
. Onions
. Leafy greens-Kale, Spinach . Green Tea
. Peppers & Citrus Fruits
. Shiitake mushrooms Celery, carrots & apples
A good way to incorporate this into your diet is to combine most into a salad & fruit as a snack between meals or after meals.
Brush teeth twice daily with a soft natural toothbrush, floss & rinse with a natural mouthwash daily like saltwater, lemongrass oil, tea tree oil, sage, guava leaf, etc. Remove sugar from your diet which includes alcohol. No smoking! Some drugs also cause tooth damage.
Remember natural prevention is better & cheaper than a dentist! However, a regular dental check up & clean is still necessary to ensure teeth stay healthy.
