The Wizard of Oz
Narrator: Dorothy and her dog, Toto, were playing at home.
But a typhoon came and lifted their house into the sky.
The house flew far away and landed in a magical land.
Dorothy: Oh, no! Where are we, Toto?
And who are these boys and girls around us?
Munchkins: We're the munchkins, and you're in the land of Oz!
Thank you for stopping the bad witch!
Dorothy: What do you mean?
I didn't stop anyone.
Munchkins: But you did!
See! Your house fell on the witch.
She was so mean to us!
Now we're safe.
Dorothy: I need to go home.
I need to go home now.
Munchkins: Take the magic slippers from the witch's feet.
Bring them to the Wizard of Oz.
He will help you.
Dorothy: Where can I find him?
Munchkins: Follow the yellow road.
