Narrator: Dorothy and Toto followed the yellow road.

On the way, they meet Straw Man, Tin Man, and the Scared Lion.

Dorothy: Are all of you going to see the Wizard of Oz, too?

Straw Man: Yes, we are.

I will ask the Wizard to give me a brain.

I want to be smart.

Tin Man: Yes, we are.

I will ask the Wizard to give me a heart.

I can't feel happy, sad, or angry.

Lion: Yes, we are.

I will ask the Wizard to make me brave.

I'm so scared of everything!

Narrator: Then, they heard a scary laugh. (Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!)

Witch: I found you, Dorothy!

I see you made new friends.

I will get all of you!

I want those magic slippers!

Lion: I'm so scared! Help! Help! Help!

Witch: That's right, little lion!

Run away! Run away!Ha! Ha! Ha!

Straw Man: Hey! Don't scared him!
