Jasmine and Sophie were two golden cats. They were best friends, and loved each other very much. One day, they were playing outside, when Jasmine’s mother asked her to go fetch water from the nearby river.
Jasmine told Sophie she would be back soon, and ran towards the river. Sophie reminded Jasmine to be careful of the giant fish, but Jasmine could not hear.
As Jasmine was crossing the river, the bridge broke and she fell into the water. She struggled to swim against the current of the river, and the giant fish dragged her down. The fish bit Jasmine with his sharp teeth, and threw her out of the river.
It was late at night, and Jasmine’s mother got worried that she hadn’t yet returned home. She called Sophie, and they went together to look for Jasmine.
As they reached the river bed, they saw Jasmine’s was injured and took her to the hospital. They ran up to her, and saw the bite marks from the giant fish. Jasmine’s mother, and Sophie were very happy they could help her.
