WEBTOOL WIRE ROPE CUTTERS
The wire rope cutter is a double acting tool primarily
intended for use on steel wire rope, having a maximum
tensile strength of up to 1960N/mm² and will cut ropes
up to 115mm (depending on configuration). This tool
includes an ROV handle that is operable via ROV
manipulator.
The wire rope cutter is a heavy duty tool designed for use in severe working
conditions. It has closed jaw design and has a corrosion resistant stainless
steel and aluminium construction.
40mm Cutting Tool
The long blade life ensures that tool maintenance is kept to a minimum and
the compact design of the tool is ideal for operation in confined spaces. The
tool is pressure compensated and therefore can be used at any water depth.
There are three variants that can be chosen from: 40mm, 75mm and 115mm
wire cutters. 75mm and 115mm variants feature hydraulically operated
anvil for easy ROV deployment and all are equipped with ROV handle or
deployment frames.
