Using the prophetic image of “Beasts” signifies that its
rule will be exceptionally ruthless and cruel - like a wild
beast that uses its fierce strength and power to rip limbs

and life from its subjects.

The image of the “Beast” having seven heads and ten
horns that are crowned signifies that the seven regions
will be ruled by ten Leaders/Kings.

The description of the “beast” as being like a leopard
signifies both the swiftness that it grabs absolute
dominion and also its short reign during the final 7 years
before CHRIST returns for HIS Millennial Kingdom.

The fact that the feet of the “beast” are like bear claws
reinforces its overpowering strength to crush any earthy
opponent that stands in its way!

In this chapter, we consider the overt developments
taking place in present-day events that are
manifestations pointing to the emergence of Global

Governance. We will explain why the presently
emerging political systems will quickly morph into the
“Beast” Government that the Book of Revelation
describes. Thus, the first manifestation of the rising
“Beast” government is that, prophetically, we are clearly
living in the season of the last of the “latter days” that is
leading into the “last days”.
