Ancient Biblical Prophecies are being fulfilled

In addition to the above prophecies that are being
fulfilled now, the Bible foretells additional prophecies
that will be fulfilled in the future. The Bible also tells us
that GOD is speaking to us through modern-day

prophets (I Corinthians 12:1-8). In fact, the gift of
Prophecy is considered as one of the greatest of the nine
gifts of the HOLY SPIRIT (I Corinthians 12:28); it is second
only to apostleship. Therefore, we should listen with an
open mind to what today’s prophets are telling us.
However, we must take care to discern true from false
prophets (Matthew 7:15-20). True prophets bear the
fruits of the SPIRIT (Galatians 5:22-23); love, joy . . .

This book is dedicated to showing how both ancient and
contemporary prophecies are driving the course of
world events. We will discuss the manifestations of
these prophesies in Chapter 3. To help us to better

understand prophecy, it is important to recognize the
keys that will enable us to understand our transforming
world. Such is the precise topic of Chapter 2.
