and policies for each agency. It is now clear that these
organizations are increasingly staffed with people who
share a global mindset. Thus, their natural thinking will
favor Global Governance options. With the election of
Donald Trump, who followed policies that favored

nationalism, many bureaucrats came out of the “Dark”
and openly engaged in efforts to resist his policies. The
fact that the bureaucrat support structure for Global
Governance is already in place is a key manifestation.

Manifestation 9: “One-sided” justice / “Cancel Culture”
are visible manifestations that reflect the increasing
totalitarian authority that will exist under the “Beast”.
“One-sided” justice reflects a system of rules and
judgment that do not apply existing laws and
constitutional provisions equally to all. In recent years,
we have witnessed a justice system that forcefully
applies the rule of law to conservative groups, yet seem

to have no appetite to address offenses committed by
progressive - globally minded groups. Such ploys of
injustice will be commonplace as the world is ruled by
the “Beast” system of government.

Astute observers can already recognize that “cancel
culture” is an enforcement tactic which the Bible
attributes to the “Beast”. Such punishments include loss
of jobs, means of livelihood, social status, funding, and
free speech. With “Cancel Culture”, there is no
redemption. Such are frequently the punishment calls

that are demanded for those who oppose the
dismantling our Constitutional Republic. These callous
punishments can soon escalate into the practice of
