 Accidental Damage – Wine
 8. collapse of plant and machinery, buildings and structures (other than shelving or storage platforms);
9. detention, confiscation, forfeiture, impounding, attachment or requisition by any lawfully instituted authority or other judicial process.
DEFINED EVENT 2 – LEAKAGE (if stated in the schedule to be included)
1. Insured Property
Accidental physical loss of or damage to the insured property caused by discharge or leakage from tanks, pipes, apparatus or medical containers of chemicals, oils, liquids, fluids, gases or fumes (including loss of such chemicals, oils, liquids, fluids, gases or fumes) other than loss or damage resulting from wear and tear or other gradually operating causes of the tanks, pipes, apparatus or medical containers;
2. Surrounding Property
Accidental physical loss or damage to surrounding property at or about the premises where the Insured operates his business caused by spillage, discharge, leakage or otherwise of wine and related products but excluding loss of such wine or related products;
PROVIDED THAT:
1. loss or damage resulting from wear and tear or other gradually operating causes of the tanks, pipes or apparatus is excluded
2. loss or damage to property shall be limited to a maximum of R1 000 000 (one million rand) or the amount stated in the Schedule, whichever is the greater any once occurrence
3. the Insured shall be responsible for the First Amount Payable stated in terms of point 1.2 (a) and 1.2 (b) of the first amount payable applicable to this Section
4. Cover is provided on a First Loss Sum Insured applicable to the items as stated in the Schedule.
DEFINITION
    Insured property
   1. Any tangible property belonging to the Insured or held in trust or on commission for which they are legally responsible other than:
1.1 current coin (including Krugerrands and similar coins), bank and currency notes, travellers and other cheques, money and postal orders, credit card vouchers, and other certificates, documents or instruments of a negotiable nature;
1.2 furs, jewellery, bullion, precious and semi-precious metals and stones, curiosities, rare books and works of art;
1.3 property in transit by air, inland waterway or sea;
1.4 railway locomotives, rolling stock and other railway property, aircraft, watercraft, mechanically or electrically propelled vehicles, motorcycles, mobile plant, caravans and trailers;
1.5 standing or felled trees, crops, animals, land (including topsoil, backfill, drainage and culverts), driveways, pavements, roads, runways, dams, reservoirs, canals, pipelines (external to the premises), tunnels, cables (external to the premises), cableways, bridges, docks, jetties, wharves, piers, excavations, property below the ground or explosives;
1.6 electronic data-processing equipment and external data media (punch cards, tape discs and the like) and the information they contain;
1.7 property in the course of construction, erection or dismantling including materials or supplies related thereto;
