Annexure A – Treaty Exclusions
MISCELLANEOUS TREATY EXCLUSIONS
1. Professional Indemnity.
2. Public Liability including Products Liability.
3. Motor cars, vehicles and trailers including Road Accident Fund (RAF), and other compulsory motor vehicle insurance. However, motor vehicles held in stock are covered, but not in respect of Natural Perils covered under a Fire Policy.
4. Workmen’s Compensation and Employers’ Liability.
5. Personal Accident or Travellers Insurances.
6. Bonds and Guarantees of any kind except Fidelity Guarantee risks.
7. Contract works including contractor’s plant and equipment.
8. Livestock and or Blood-stock insurance.
9. Political Riot cover of any kind.
10. Growing Crops.
11. Bankers Blanket Bond products.
12. Professional Cash Carriers.
