Annexure A – Treaty Exclusions
TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE FIRE TREATY
This Contract shall apply to risks underwritten in the following territories:
1. Sub Saharan Africa
2. And incidental exposures of the abovementioned policies anywhere in the world (limited to 20% of the policy sum insured).
3. Worldwide in respect of All Risk business.
Customers and Suppliers
It is understood that damage to property incurred at the premises of customers or suppliers outside the abovementioned territories resulting in a business interruption loss under the original policy within the territories mentioned above shall be covered by this Contract.
