Professional Racing, rallies and/or speed trials.

Loss, damage or liability for goods conveyed in connection with any trade or business on any vehicle insured by the Company.
The ownership, operation, maintenance or use of any vehicle of which the principal use is:
6.5.1 The transportation of high explosives, such as nitro-glycerine, dynamite or any other similar substance.
6.5.2 The bulk transportation of liquefied petroleum or gasoline.
6.5.3 The transportation of chemicals or gases in liquid, compressed or gaseous form.
6.5.4 The transportation of hazardous waste.
Insofar as losses arise from the hazardous nature of the goods conveyed.
6.5.5 The carrying of passengers for hire or reward other than in respect of hospitality type policies.
6.5.6 Contractors Plant and machinery on a public road if not licensed for use on a public road.
Insurances covering police force or military force vehicles, other than in respect of policemen's private vehicles whilst off duty and Metropolitan Area and/or Municipality vehicles.
Liability assumed under any Motor Vehicle Act Any vehicles on any airport apron or runway.

Applicable To Employers Liability (Common Law):
5.1 Airlines in respect of the aircrew personnel.
5.2 Shipping lines in respect of ship crews. Shipbuilding, ship-repairing and ship-breaking.
5.3 Oil Companies in respect of offshore employees including transit on and offshore.
5.4 Oil Companies – drilling, producing, refining and distributing (other than general distributors).
5.5 Manufacture and/or production, storage, filling, breaking down, transport of:
Fireworks, ammunition, fuses, cartridges, gunpowder, nitro-glycerine, or any explosives.
5.6 Toxic substances and toxic waste.
5.7 Occupational Disease other than on the basis as indicated in the Definition of Occupational Disease Cover – ACOD C (as per Conditions b).
5.8 Any legal liability of whatsoever nature directly or indirectly caused by or arising from ionization, radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel.
5.9 This Contract does not cover any claim(s) in any way caused or contributed to by the use or release or the threat thereof of any nuclear weapon or device or chemical or biological agent.
5.10 Manufacture and/or production, storage, filling, breaking down, transport of:
Gases and/or air under pressure in containers unless incidental to the main operations of the insured.
5.11 Underground mining including personnel involved in underground service works and tunneling risks.
Applicable To Motor (business issued and renewed basis on or after the 1 March 2007)
