Liability Claims Procedures
LIABILITY CLAIMS PROCEDURES
1. LIABILITY CLAIMS/ALL LIABILITY
1.1 All liability claims must be referred to Hollard to be attended to by Hollard's Legal department.
1.2 On notification of a potential liability claim, the following documentation must be submitted to Hollard:
1.2.1 Notification schedule
1.2.2 Schedule of Insurance
1.2.3 Completed claim form
1.2.4 Any other details, i.e. letter of demand, summons.
1.3 Hollard may instruct a loss adjuster or attorney to deal with these matters subject to the merits, quantum, and our reinsurance treaties.
