OVERVIEW
If you see a Corporate Card transaction that you don't recognize or have not authorized, it could be a fraudulent transaction.
Fraudulent transactions are unauthorized transactions made with a lost, stolen, or counterfeit card/number. As a cardholder,
you should call the number on the back of your J.P. Morgan Chase card if you do not recognize the transaction. If you cannot
resolve the dispute, then perform the dispute process.

The dispute process involves the following steps:
1. Initiate a dispute
2. Temporary credit applied to account during the investigation
3. Settlement (either in cardholder’s favor or not in cardholder’s favor)
4. Review cardholder’s My Wallet transactions
5. Submission of an expense report to clear the cardholder’s wallet
INITIATE A DISPUTE
You can dispute a transaction up to 60 days after the transaction date. The dispute is made in J.P. Morgan’s PaymentNet
portal by doing the following:
1. Select Transactions > Manage
2. Click the transaction you want to dispute
3. Click Dispute
4. Enter your email address in E-mail Address field
5. Select a dispute reason from the Dispute Reason list
TEMPORARY CREDIT
The dispute is logged with J.P. Morgan Chase and a temporary credit in the amount of the disputed transaction is given while
an investigation is being conducted.
SETTLEMENT
A dispute will be settled in one of two ways:
1. Dispute is Settled in Favor of Emory: The credit will remain on the cardholder’s account.
