Mrs. Carney was my teacher in second and third grades. I will remember those as the best school years of my life. Once in
second grade, I remember coming home from school and telling
my mom about my day and how excited I was about school tomorrow. My mom then decided to helpfully inform me that today was Friday and that there was no school tomorrow. Needless to say I was very upset. Mrs. Carney made school so engaging and exciting that
I literally never wanted to leave.
