While in school at Rossiter Elementary, Dr. Kareen Bangert was
my principal. My family got to know her very well, as I had some challenges during those years. Dr. Bangert knew every student at Rossiter, and every year, she knew exactly whose class I needed to be in to reach my full potential. She treated all of us with kindness and guided us with a strict hand, which was a very effective strategy. It is definitely because of Dr. Bangert that I am in the position I am today, as she cared enough to help me through my early challenges.
