Mrs. McMahon embodies what a Distinguished Educator should
be. She was willing and wanted to help every student who stepped foot in her classroom. During my junior year, we had a full classroom with 30 students. We were in a hard calculus class that would have been difficult to teach to just ten students. Mrs. McMahon handled the situation perfectly. She never lost control of the class, which some other teachers would have done with such a large number
of students. We all had fun and were able to succeed. That is what learning is all about!
