Mr. Elder is more than just a teacher; he is my role model and mentor. I met Mr. Elder in 6th grade when I started participating in student council, and his dedication to my learning and success helped me achieve my potential as a student and leader. Mr. Elder went above and beyond to guide and encourage me. His work for the Montana Association of Student Councils, Helena Schools, and
the Board of Public Education has made a world of difference in my life, and all who are involved in education in Montana.
