Colorado Springs:
Crush Golf:
As you travel south on I-25, you likely
have noticed lots of earth-moving and
construction on both sides of the highway as
you’re approaching Colorado Springs from
the north. Just past the North Gate exit, you
will see a major highway exchange being
constructed to connect Powers Boulevard
to I-25. This project will take over a year
to complete. Two large-scale commercial projects are now underway just East of Bass Pro Shop. This new development is Polaris Pointe and will house two new entertainment facilities in North Colorado Springs. The two venues will be Crush Golf and Air City360. Crush Golf is similar to the Top Golf concept. It will be a state-of- the-art golf gaming center which will have meeting and family-gathering facilities. Totaling 54,000 square feet, theCrushGolffacilitywillo er75drivingrangesuites,eachaccommodatingupto8guests. Eachsuitewillbe heated in the winter to make this a year around venue. It will have an Eagle Star automated golf ball delivery and pop-up tee system. The driving range will extend to 250 yards for the heavy hitters. Golfers will be able to analyze their performance using the Trackman Golf Radar System. Crush Golf will also have 6,400 square feet ofdiningandmeetingfacilities. Itwillo era2,000squarefootheatedoutdoorcoveredpatio,nexttothedining facility. Projected opening of this sports and entertainment facility is Summer of 2020.
AirCity360:
AirCity360 will be a 30,000 square foot family entertainmentfacility. Insidethisvenueo ers a Air360 coaster, climbing wall, trampolines, a Ninja360 course, adventure area for small children called Toddler180, Dodge Ball, Sports Courts, Dunk Lanes, a Café and other attractions for the entire family. Polaris Pointe shopping and entertainment district will join together with current businesses and
attractions such as Bass Pro Shops, Magnum Shooting Range, Overdrive, Boot Barn, etc. to make this a premier shopping, dining, and entertainment center for the Pikes Peak region. Just one exit South there are numerous shopping and dining places to enjoy including the new Scheels Outdoor Store, Wolf Lodge and Indoor Water Park and Multiplex Cinema Center. Locals and visitors will have many choices for entertainment, food, and shopping.
