Miller Library, 100 Wilcox St., Castle Rock, CO 80104 unless otherwise noted in the event description. New Ancestry Tools for DNA Matching and Trees with Greg Liverman (Program)
Ancestry released new ethnicity reference groups in 2018 and 2019 plus some new tools for working with DNA matches and your online trees at RootsTech in February 2019. This lecture reviews these changes. We spend a considerable amount of time delving into the new ethnicity reports, why they are different from your old reports and how to compare them to your genealogy. Minimum Level: Beginner Genetic Genealogist, through Advanced Beginner Genetic Genealogist is recommended
