I don’t know about you, but I’m glad that we can f- nally open up the publications windows and let the breeze roll in. As spring and March roll in, we educate you on how to “spring clean” and organize your school sup- plies to fnish off the year right. We explore the ad- vances of women in society, since March celebrates women’s history month. In news, we also cover serious topics like domes- tic violence in relationships and the story behind Ben Davis’ blocked websites. The features section dives into what we are re- ally consuming in our foods and what it means to be truly unplugged from technology. Although I couldn’t bring myself to stop using technology for the week’s span, I applaud my fellow staffers for pushing through. Our entertainment section is especially great this photo of the week issue, with a humor story on increased senioritis IHSPA SYMPOSIUM PATRIOTISM outbreaks in Ben Davis and a look into Indianapo- lis’ 2014 Comic Con. More oriented towards spring, EDITORIAL we looked into what spring fashions you should be rocking and what fun events you can partake in around the city if you aren’t jetsetting to a warm beach for spring break. We even list off some con- certs for you to grab tickets for. Our sports section features the baseball team, a Q&A with Cody Turpen and what the team is go- ing to accomplish this season. With the recent role homosexuality plays in sports, we look to see what players like Michael Sam are doing to blaze the trail for gay athletes. Here’s to another great issue and to warmer weather.
