TIME OFF
Paid Time Off (“PTO”) Policy:
All full-time team members both exempt exempt and non-exempt are eligible to accrue PTO This PTO allowance combines vacation sick and personal time into one bank that can be used for any of these reasons We understand that our team members need time to rest and and enjoy themselves outside of work We also understand that team members may have times when they need to be be be off work for an appointment or or or or because they or or or or a a a a a a family member are ill Each full-time team member will accrue PTO weekly weekly or bi-weekly in in hourly increments based on their length of service as as defined below FULL TIME ACCRUAL RATES

5 *No PTO hours will accrue beyond the maximum accruals listed In the the calendar year year in which further “5 year” anniversaries fall a a a a a a a a a a team member will earn an an additional additional 5 days days of PTO These additional additional days days can be used only in the calendar year in which the the above referenced anniversary falls and will be lost if not used by the the end of that year PTO PTO is added to the the team member’s PTO PTO bank when the the weekly weekly or bi-weekly paycheck is is issued PTO taken will be be subtracted from the team member’s accrued time bank in one-hour increments Temporary team team members members contract team team members members and interns are not eligible to accrue PTO PTO is not earned in in pay periods during which unpaid leave short- or or long-term disability leave leave or other leave leave is is taken
